課程概述 |
課程介紹：
本課程之內容有五個重點：第一、當代社會科學發展的歷史；第二、當代科學哲學理論的發展；第三、當代社會科學哲學的主要理論派別，特別是「實證主義」與「後實證主義」之間的爭論；第四、「實證主義」與「後實證主義」社會科學方法論對於政治學研究的啟示；第五、從方法論角度看有關社會科學本土化的爭論。 |

課程目標 |
這門課協助學生（一）掌握社會科學知識體系演進的歷史；（二）理解社會科學知識建構的方法論基礎；（三）釐清各種研究途徑背後的方法論立場與基本主張；（四）增強對各種社會科學知識主張的鑑識與批判能力；（五）提高對於透視與分析社會現象的洞察能力；（六）培養對未來從事社會科學學術研究的興趣

課程要求 |
上課將排定座次，從第二週開始，助教每堂課點名。全學期上課接近全勤者（缺課不超過三次），以及期末筆試達到四十五分以上者，學期成績以六十分為底分。在每一堂上課結束後，講授大綱將按進度在系網頁上公佈供同學下載，修課同學必須詳讀大綱並設法充分理解。本課程將不舉行期中考，只舉行期末考。 |
